SVACAL may also raise capital for a more traditional venture capital fund. SVACAL may also provide financial advisory services for entities or individuals concerning equities, fixed income, debt instruments, etc. SVACAL creates custom funds for clients, taking their needs and desires into consideration.

For qualified clients, SVACAL charges 2.00% of assets under management along with a 20.00% performance fee based on capital appreciation, which is collected at the time the fund winds down, and is calculated after the fund reaches a hurdle rate of twice the contribution. Fees are generally negotiable.
