Fee Structure
Atlas Merchant Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles. The fees are based on the governing documents for each fund.
For private equity funds, the management fee is a percentage of the fund's capital commitments during the investment period, and then a percentage of capital invested. The maximum management fee is 2% per year of capital commitments.
For credit funds, the management fee is a percentage of the net asset value of each investor's capital account. The maximum management fee is 1.75% per year of net asset value.
For co-investment vehicles, the management fee is a percentage of the investor's invested capital. The maximum management fee is 1% per year of net asset value.
For the SPAC fund, the management fee is a percentage of the net asset value of the investor's capital account. The maximum management fee is 0.25% per year of net asset value.
