Fee Structure
Vintage Investment Partners manages investments for private funds and receives compensation through management fees and incentive distributions. Management fees generally range between 0.25% and 1.75% of committed capital. Incentive distributions generally range between 10% and 20% of capital distributed after certain threshold returns are met.
