Fee Structure
River Partners manages investments primarily through private funds and separately managed accounts.
For older private funds, the annual fee will not exceed 1% of the value of the assets in the private funds, charged outside of the fund. For recently launched private funds, the investment management fee is 0.50% of the fair market value of the investment fund, payable out of the capital account.
The annual fee for separately managed accounts will not exceed 1% of the value of the assets in the client's account. These fees are negotiable, and some related parties may be charged a reduced fee or no fee at all. Clients are also responsible for paying the fees of the third-party investment managers used to manage their account.
