Orasis Capital provides investment management services, primarily investing in securities listed on the Athens stock exchange and the securities of Greek companies listed on international exchanges. Orasis Capital does not tailor investment decisions to individual clients, and clients generally cannot impose restrictions on investments.
Orasis Capital manages two classes of segregated portfolios. Class B pays an annual management fee of 1.5% of the portfolio's net asset value, calculated and paid monthly. Class F pays an annual management fee of 0.5% of the portfolio's net asset value, calculated and paid annually. Class B also pays a performance fee of 20% of the increase in net asset value above a certain hurdle rate, while Class F pays a performance fee of 10% of the increase in net asset value above a hurdle rate.
