Phronimos requires clients to grant them the authority to make investment decisions without prior approval. They may also provide investment research to other advisors for a fee.

Annualized fees for portfolio management services are 1.25 percent of the assets under management with a minimum account size of $250,000. In our sole discretion, we may lower this fee if you agree to sign our Agreement and fund your account within a certain time-frame. Performance-based fees will only be charged for certain qualified clients.
