Dryden Capital is a registered investment advisor that provides investment management services to private funds (Dryden Funds) and separately managed accounts. Dryden Capital has full authority to make investment decisions for these accounts, based on the investment goals and restrictions outlined in their agreements. Dryden Capital does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Dryden Capital manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. The Dryden Funds typically pay a quarterly asset fee plus an annual incentive fee (performance-based fee). Separately managed accounts generally pay asset-based management fees comparable to those paid by the Dryden Funds; however, fee structures may be subject to negotiation and may vary from those paid by the Dryden Funds. Dryden Capital may waive or modify its investment management fees at its discretion.
