PNC Steel City Advisors provides advisory services to pooled investment vehicles (Funds). These Funds participate in financing for middle-market companies. Steel City Advisors leverages the capabilities of PNC Bank's Steel City Finance division. Investments are managed according to each Fund's objectives and are not tailored to individual investor needs. The firm sub-advises funds managed within the TCW Steel City Private Credit Strategy and co-advises the Cerberus Senior Loan Fund (which is winding down).
Fee Structure
PNC Steel City Advisors does not directly manage investments for individual investors. The firm provides advisory services to pooled investment vehicles (Funds). Management fees are paid by the Funds to TCW, and PNC Steel City Advisors is eligible to receive a percentage of those fees. The fees are based on a percentage of the Fund's assets or an investor's share of the portfolio investments. The fee schedule is generally not negotiable.
