Granite State Capital Management (GSCM) offers ongoing portfolio management services based on individual client goals, objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance. GSCM generally limits its investment advice to equities and ADRs, primarily utilizing a value based investment philosophy. GSCM focuses on long-term time horizons of at least 10 years.
Fee Structure
Granite State Capital Management charges an annual management fee plus a performance fee.
For clients who meet certain qualifications (based on assets or net worth), the annual management fee is 1% of your portfolio, plus 20% of any capital appreciation. This performance fee is subject to a high-water mark, meaning you only pay it on increases in value above the portfolio's previous high point.
For clients who do not meet those qualifications, the annual management fee is 2% of your portfolio for the first 5 years, and 1.5% thereafter.
Fees are negotiable and can be terminated with 30 days written notice.
