Nitor Capital Management provides investment advice to private pooled investment vehicles (funds) and separately managed accounts. Nitor generally has broad investment authority based on specific investment objectives and strategies. Nitor focuses on long-term, concentrated investments in publicly traded equities. Nitor does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the fund.
Nitor Capital Management charges an asset-based investment management fee. The Funds pay up to 1.5% annually, and separately managed accounts pay up to 2% annually. Nitor Capital Management is also eligible to receive an incentive fee or allocation of up to 13% of the client's net capital appreciation, subject to a high-water mark or hurdle rate.
