All fees are negotiable. MGC may group multiple accounts of one client relationship together for purposes of calculating the fee, or MGC may not charge a fee to small accounts of a client because of the fee the client is paying on the total relationship. MGC reserves the right to negotiate fees with clients, and may charge higher or lower fees than those described above.
