Client assets are held at custodial broker-dealers selected by the client. CLI has limited power of attorney to buy and sell securities without prior permission, in accordance with agreed-upon investment objectives. CLI also incorporates financial planning with its asset management services at no additional cost. Accounts are managed on a discretionary basis.
