MBS Mantra provides investment management to individuals, high net-worth individuals, trusts, and corporations, primarily in separately managed accounts. MBS Mantra invests primarily in debt securities in the Structured Products category, with an emphasis on credit and prepayment sensitive residential Mortgage Backed Securities, Asset Backed Securities, Commercial MBS, and Agency Collateralized Mortgage Obligations. MBS Mantra does not manage any assets on a non-discretionary basis.
Fee Structure
MBS Mantra manages investments for a fee that varies and is negotiable, depending on the investment program. The fees range from 0.1% to 1.75% per quarter, or 0.4% to 4% per year. MBS Mantra may also receive a performance-based fee ranging from 10% to 30% per year of net realized returns from some separately managed accounts with specific strategies. Fees are calculated and payable quarterly in advance, though the Advisor may charge fees in arrears at the end of each quarter.
