Fee Structure
Monticelloam manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and a real estate investment trust. The firm typically receives a management fee between 1% and 3% per year, calculated as a percentage of the invested capital. For the REIT, the firm charges a monthly management fee between 0.45% and 0.75% of the net asset value of fee-bearing shares. Monticelloam may also receive carried interest or incentive distributions based on the fund's performance. Transaction fees may also be charged.
