Fee Structure
Buttonwood Group Advisors manages investments for private funds. They charge a one-time 3% management fee based on the investor's contributed capital. They do not charge ongoing management or advisory fees, nor do they charge for expenses incurred in operating the private funds. Investors may also pay a placement agent fee of 7% and brokerage or stock procurement fees averaging 5%. Buttonwood may also receive a performance-based fee in the form of Carried Interest.
