Waratah Capital Advisors Ltd. is an investment manager based in Toronto, Canada. Waratah provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles (Waratah Funds) and separately managed accounts (SMAs). Waratah primarily invests in equity securities listed on Canadian and U.S. exchanges, and to a lesser extent in international securities, fixed income securities and preferred shares. Clients include North American and global pension funds, endowments, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals.
Fee Structure
Waratah charges an investment management fee based on a percentage of assets. Some clients may also pay a portion of the profits earned in a Waratah Fund or SMA. The investment management fees are generally paid monthly. Clients are also responsible for custody, brokerage, and other transaction fees.
