Fee Structure
Council Capital Funds Management (CCFM) manages private equity funds, and investors in these funds pay management fees. These fees are calculated based on committed capital, typically between 1.5% and 2.5%. The fees are paid quarterly in advance. CCFM may also receive carried interest or incentive allocation from each Fund of up to 20% of the cumulative net profits of such Fund after full return of capital.
