Covalis Capital manages a portion of the assets of private investment vehicles, seeking absolute investment returns in both rising and declining markets. They invest primarily in equities of utilities, infrastructure, renewable, and commodities-related industries in developed OECD countries. Covalis also provides discretionary management services to institutional investors through separately managed accounts and sub-advisory services to third-party funds. Covalis does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors in the Funds.
Covalis Capital manages investments for private investment vehicles (Funds). The fees for these Funds include a management fee, which ranges from 2.0% to 4.0% per year of the fund's net asset value, and an incentive allocation, which is 20% of the increase in the fund's net asset value. Fees and incentive allocations for separately managed accounts or sub advisory services to third party clients are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
