Community Investment Management (CIM) manages investment funds that invest in credit assets of micro, small, and medium businesses and individuals. CIM accesses these communities through innovative credit providers, such as financial technology companies. CIM focuses on communities in the United States and emerging markets that are underserved by the traditional banking sector. Investors in each Fund are required to invest a minimum of $250,000, but CIM may waive this minimum.
CIM manages investment funds and deducts management fees and performance allocations directly from each Fund. Information on how CIM is compensated for its advisory services and its fee schedule with respect to the Funds are not included here.
