Serone does not tailor advisory services for CLO Vehicles.
Fee Structure
Serone Capital Management provides investment advisory services to pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts (SMAs). The management fees for the Funds typically range from 0.5% to 2% of the net asset value, depending on the share class. Serone may also receive performance-based compensation. The terms for payment of fees and expenses regarding any SMA are negotiated on an account-by-account basis.
