Westrock Asset Management provides investment advice to private investment funds.
Each fund pays a management fee of 0.5% per quarter (2.0% per year) of the fund's net asset value. An affiliate of Westrock also receives a performance-based allocation equal to 20% of the net profits allocated to each investor's account, subject to certain terms and conditions.
