Azarias Capital Management manages separately managed accounts with fees based on a percentage of assets. The standard fee is 0.75% annually, plus a 15% performance fee on excess returns over a small cap index for the Focused Small Cap Value strategy. For the Uranium Opportunity Strategy, the fee is 0.75% annually, plus a 10% performance fee upon liquidation. Fees may be negotiable. There is a $5 million minimum account size, but Azarias may accept smaller accounts.
