When our firm selects a model portfolio managed by a third-party investment adviser for a client account, then the client will be assessed an advisory fee for the third-party adviser in addition to the advisory fee charged by our firm. The total advisory fee charged to the client by our firm and the third-party adviser will generally not exceed 2% and will be specified in the advisory contract with each client.
