1060 Capital manages investments for a fund and separately managed accounts. The fund deducts a quarterly management fee from each investor's capital account. For Class A interests, the fee is 2% annually, and for Class B interests, it's 1.5% annually. Managed account clients pay management and/or performance fees as negotiated, generally up to 1.5%.
