Bramble Hill Capital Management provides investment management services to a private investment partnership and separately managed accounts. Bramble Hill invests in undervalued securities with strong competitive advantages, high returns on capital, and effective management teams. Bramble Hill manages a concentrated portfolio, which may result in higher short-term volatility. Bramble Hill does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Bramble Hill charges a quarterly management fee of 0.375% (1.50% annually) on your account balance. In addition, Bramble Hill receives a performance allocation equal to 20% of net profits above a 6% annualized return. The performance allocation is subject to a loss carryforward provision. These fees are generally not negotiable, but Bramble Hill reserves the right to offer different fee arrangements.
