Clients include separately managed accounts and private investment funds.
Fee Structure
ACORE Capital generally receives a quarterly management fee based on the cost or value of the investments managed. ACORE may also receive an incentive fee based on the performance of the investments. Fees are either deducted from client assets, withheld from distributions, or invoiced. Certain investors, such as related persons and employees, may not pay management fees or be subject to performance-based fees.
