Churchill Asset Management (CAM) manages investments across the capital structure of middle market private equity firms and their portfolio companies. CAM provides investment advice and investment management services with respect to senior loans, junior capital, private equity, and other investments. CAM has full authority to make investment decisions for its clients, in accordance with their investment objectives and guidelines. CAM provides portfolio management services to pooled investment vehicles, registered investment companies, and institutional accounts. CAM also provides sub-advisory services to other investment advisors.
Fee Structure
Fees for Churchill Asset Management's (CAM) services are based on the type of investment vehicle. For separately managed accounts, fees generally range from 0.50% to 1.50% of the assets they manage and may include an incentive fee based on profits above a certain level. The minimum account size is generally $100 million. Fees for pooled investment vehicles are determined based on the specific circumstances of each investment vehicle.
