Elevar Equity Management advises private investment funds that invest in high-growth, private companies providing essential products and services to underserved communities in low-income areas. Elevar identifies and structures fund investments and manages and oversees portfolio companies. Elevar does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of investors.
Fee Structure
Elevar Equity Management is compensated for its advisory services through asset-based management fees, typically at a rate of 2 to 2.5% per year. The fees are paid quarterly, in advance, based on a percentage of the fund's total commitment amount during the commitment period and a percentage of its net invested capital plus a specified amount of reserves for follow-on investments thereafter. Investors do not have the ability to be billed directly for management fees.
