Fee Structure
RQSI manages investments for separately managed accounts and charges a management fee, which is a percentage of the assets they manage. This fee is negotiated with each client and generally ranges from 0.5% to 1.0% per year. In some cases, RQSI also receives a performance-based fee, ranging from 0.0% to 20.0% of the increase in the value of the account, subject to a high watermark.
