Align Impact charges portfolio management fees on a quarterly basis. Clients can select an asset-based fee, a flat fee, or a combination of both. Flat fees typically range from $100,000 to $800,000 and are negotiable. If a sub-advisor manages assets, those fees are separate from Align's fees.
