Epic Advisory offers asset management services to individuals and corporations, providing both discretionary and non-discretionary accounts. For discretionary accounts, Epic Advisory has full authority to make investment decisions based on the client's needs, objectives, and risk tolerance. For non-discretionary accounts, clients make the final decisions on purchases and sales. Epic Advisory may also appoint Asset Managers as a sub-advisor for discretionary accounts. Other professionals may be recommended to clients on an as-needed basis.
Fee Structure
Epic Advisory charges a percentage of the value of your account annually. The fee depends on the type of account (discretionary or non-discretionary) and the amount you have invested. A portion of the fees may be shared with a sub-advisor if one is appointed.
The annual fees are:
- Over $50,000,000: 0.75%
- $25,000,000 to $49,999,999: 0.85%
- $10,000,000 to $24,999,999: 1.00%
- Up to $9,999,999: 1.50%
Fees are negotiable and may be reduced or waived at Epic Advisory's discretion.
