Bain Capital Asset Management (BCAM) provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles, including the Clarendon Funds and Boylston Funds. BCAM focuses on recommending investments in third-party funds across various asset classes like real estate, private equity, and public equity. BCAM also advises pooled investment vehicles through which Bain Capital personnel invest in related funds. BCAM may also advise BCAM Insurance Clients about investing their reserves and/or other investible assets.
Fee Structure
Bain Capital Asset Management does not currently charge management fees or performance-based fees to its clients. Partner Investments Clients may be allocated expenses associated with the operation of BCAM. Certain clients are charged an allocation of BCAM's operating expenses annually based on the net asset value of their assets under management.
