Madden Asset Management (MAM), a division of Madden Securities Corporation (MSC), offers investment supervisory services on both discretionary and non-discretionary bases. MAM tailors investment advice and portfolio management to each client's needs, using various investment vehicles. MAM also provides investment management consulting services for a fixed or hourly fee. In some cases, MAM may delegate portfolio management to third-party advisors or offer the Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. “Managed Account Select” wrap fee program.

Fee may be negotiable depending on the size of the client relationship, the longevity of the client relationship, the level of service required and other factors. Assets of clients who are related to each other may, in some cases, be aggregated for the purpose of determining the fee payable for services. MAM may also reduce or waive the minimum annual fee under similar circumstances.
