Fayerweather Management is an investment management firm that manages three pooled investment vehicles called Private Funds. Fayerweather makes all investment decisions for these funds. Investors in the Private Funds are advised of the investment strategy before investing and generally cannot impose unique restrictions on their investments. The firm does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fayerweather Management charges asset-based management fees and performance-based fees to the Private Funds it manages.
For Fund 1, the management fee is 0.25% per year of the total capital commitments, paid quarterly in advance. Fayerweather also receives 10% of the cumulative distributions exceeding the total capital contributions.
For Fund Eiger, the management fee is 0.15% per year of the total initial capital contribution amounts, paid quarterly in advance. Fayerweather also receives 5% of the cumulative distributions exceeding the total capital contributions.
Management fees may be offset by certain fees paid to Fayerweather or its affiliates.
