Volsurface Capital Management's Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) are subject to the following fees:
- Asset-Based Advisory Fee: 0.5% of the account value per quarter (2.00% annually).
- Performance-Based Advisory Fee: 20% of the "New Net Profits" experienced in the client's account, assessed quarterly. This fee is only charged to clients meeting the definition of a "Qualified Client".
