Kestrel Partners is an investment manager that provides investment management services to an unregulated collective investment scheme, a private equity LP, and institutional and individual client managed accounts. Kestrel's investment strategy focuses on U.K.-quoted micro-cap equity. Kestrel actively engages with management and boards of its investee companies and will, at times, take a non-executive directorship role on the boards in order to help drive this long-term appreciation.
Fee Structure
Kestrel Partners is paid a management fee and a performance fee, as agreed with each client. The management fee is based on a percentage of the assets under management, depending on the client type, strategy, and size of the mandate. Additional custody fees may apply.
