Dipsea Capital offers investment management services. Qualified clients pay an annual fee of 1% of the value of their portfolio, plus a 20% performance fee based on how much the portfolio's value increases. If the portfolio value drops, the client doesn't pay a new performance fee until the portfolio reaches its previous highest value.
