Fee Structure
Cresap Inc. offers investment management services through programs offered by Wells Fargo. The fees are negotiated between you and your advisor, and are based on the value of your account.
For non-discretionary accounts (where you approve each transaction):
- Asset Advisor Program: Fees are typically at or below 1.5% per year.
- Custom Choice Program: Fees are typically at or below 1.2% per year.
For discretionary accounts (where Cresap Inc. makes the investment decisions):
- Private Investment Management (PIM) Program: Fees are typically at or below 2% per year.
Fees are deducted quarterly from your account. There are no commissions on transactions within these fee-based advisory accounts, but there may be exchange fees or other regulatory fees.
