Keystone Wealth Management offers ongoing investment management services based on your financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance. They monitor your accounts and provide advice on buying, selling, or holding investments. Keystone Wealth Management may use research from institutional investment strategists, but all investment decisions are made by them. They also provide advice on retirement plan rollovers, acting as a fiduciary and disclosing any conflicts of interest.
Keystone Wealth Management charges a percentage of your portfolio annually for investment management services. The annual fee ranges from 0.50% to 1.50%. Fees are calculated based on the value of your account at the end of each quarter or daily, depending on the custodian. Fees are negotiable based on the complexity of your situation and the amount of assets managed. There is a minimum account size of $250,000.
For qualified clients (those with at least $1 million under management or a net worth over $2.1 million), Keystone Wealth Management also charges a performance-based fee, generally not exceeding 20% of the capital appreciation in the account each quarter.
