Fee Structure
Cryder Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and pension plans. The annual management fee for Class A is 1.00% and Class A2 is 0.80% of the fund’s net asset value, payable monthly. Class R has an annual management fee of 1.25% and reduces to 1% for investment of $150 million or greater. Separate account clients may negotiate management fees on a case-by-case basis.
