Parabellum Capital manages investments primarily in commercial litigation finance for private equity pooled investment vehicles (the Funds) and separately managed accounts. Parabellum Capital does not tailor advisory services to the particular needs of any individual or any investors in the Client Funds. The Client Funds are intended for sophisticated investors.
Fee Structure
Parabellum Capital manages investments for pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. The Master Funds and Feeder Funds are charged a management fee, payable quarterly in advance, of up to 2% per year of the capital commitment during the investment period. After the investment period, the management fee is charged on the sum of amounts committed to unrealized investments. The Co-Investment Funds are not charged a management fee but reimburse Parabellum Capital for expenses. Separately managed accounts are allocated certain fees and expenses as agreed upon in their asset management agreements.
