Roubaix does not provide investment advice tailored to the particular needs of the investors in the Clients.
Fee Structure
Roubaix Capital primarily advises pooled investment vehicles and separately managed accounts. They generally charge investors in the Roubaix Fund a 1.15% annual management fee, payable monthly. The Advisor receives a management fee of 0.80% and 1.00% of the net market value of the SICAV. The investment advisory fee for the SMA is currently being waived.
