Aisling Capital Management LP provides discretionary investment management services to pooled investment vehicles (the Funds). Aisling manages the assets of the Funds in accordance with each Fund’s respective investment management agreement. The Firm’s investment objective is to make investments in companies developing and commercializing healthcare products, services and technologies, across a range of financial instruments. Aisling pursues a multi-strategy investment approach, and may invest in private companies, public companies, equity, debt and other structured securities.
