Resource Land Holdings (RLH) manages investments for Resource Land Fund V, LP, a private pooled investment fund. The fund invests in agriculture, timber, mining properties, and other real estate-related assets in the U.S. RLH does not provide investment advice directly to the fund's investors, but rather to the fund itself. RLH manages the fund's assets according to the fund's governing documents.
Fee Structure
Resource Land Holdings manages investments for a private investment fund. As compensation for these services, RLH receives an annual management fee equal to 2% of the commitments during the fund's investment period, and 2% of the aggregate capital contributions, less distributions constituting a return of capital with respect to investments which have been disposed of and permanent write-downs and write-offs, for the remainder of the term of the Fund.
