Fee Structure
Quona Capital Management generally charges a management fee for its partnerships of 1.0% to 2.5% based on the aggregate commitments during the investment period, and a 1.0% to 2.5% management fee based on the invested and reserved capital thereafter. Certain special purpose vehicles are charged 1.5% annually based on the aggregate capital commitments of the investors through the end of the investment period. After the investment period, the management fee is reduced to 0.75% per year. Fees charged to the separately managed account may vary, but would be similar to the fees charged to the funds.
