ACRES Capital manages investments in commercial mortgage loans, commercial real estate, and related assets for private funds and separately managed accounts. ACRES also provides investment advisory services to ACRES Commercial Realty Corp (ACR), a publicly-traded real estate investment trust. ACRES Collateral Manager, LLC serves as collateral manager for various issuers of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).
Fee Structure
ACRES Capital manages investments for private funds and separately managed accounts. Fees for the private fund (AMF) range from 0% to 2.75% of the fund's net asset value. Separately managed account fees are individually negotiated. ACRES is also entitled to an incentive fee from certain Separate Accounts if performance hurdles are achieved.
