Stone-Goff Management provides investment advice to pooled investment funds. Stone-Goff manages these funds according to investment guidelines in the fund documents. Stone-Goff does not tailor its advice to individual investors in the funds, and investing in a fund does not create a client-advisor relationship between the investors and Stone-Goff. Stone-Goff receives management fees and carried interest from the funds.
Stone-Goff does not directly manage investments for individual investors. Stone-Goff manages pooled investment funds and receives a semi-annual management fee, generally equal to 2% of the investor's committed capital amount. Specific rates are in the fund's documents. Stone-Goff may waive or reduce management fees for certain investors.
