The firm may charge performance-based fees to qualified clients. The performance surpassing these criteria (positive and beating the benchmark such as SP500 TR + annual fees of 1.2%) will be charged 25% of the realized or unrealized capital gain (profit) in excess of the benchmark of SP500 TR + annual fees of 1.2%, at the end of the calendar year (31st Dec). The benchmark could be a fixed target return as well.
