Cynosure Capital Management (CCM), a division of The Cynosure Group, offers investment advisory services to foundations, endowments, and related individuals. CCM develops and implements investment programs based on the client's goals, tax situation, and risk tolerance. These programs involve allocating assets to various liquid marketable investment strategies and, where appropriate, illiquid alternative investments. CCM monitors and adjusts the investment program in response to changing market conditions and client circumstances.
Fee Structure
Cynosure Capital Management offers two main advisory services, each with its own fee structure:
Base Portfolio Advisory Services:
- First $7,500,000: 0.70% per year
- $7,500,000 to $50,000,000: 0.50% per year
- Above $50,000,000: 0.35% per year
Multi-Asset Portfolio Advisory Services:
- First $7,500,000: 0.95% - 1.15% per year
- $7,500,000 to $50,000,000: 0.75% - 0.95% per year
- Above $50,000,000: 0.60% - 0.75% per year
These fees are calculated quarterly in advance. The advisory fees are negotiable.
If portfolio assets are allocated to internally managed strategies, clients will pay an additional 0.20% per year on liquid marketable securities.
