NewRoad Capital Partners (NRCP) is a private equity investment advisor managing funds that invest in privately held companies. NRCP focuses on growth-oriented equity capital investments in lower middle market companies and early-stage companies. NRCP does not tailor investment decisions to individual investors, and investors generally cannot restrict the Funds’ investments. NRCP may enter into side letters with investors, granting specific rights not generally available to all investors.
Fee Structure
NewRoad Capital Partners (NRCP) manages private investment funds and receives management fees for its services. These fees are charged at an annual rate of between 1.5% and 2.0% of the capital committed by each investor in the fund, paid quarterly in advance. NRCP may waive or reduce management fees for certain individuals. NRCP also receives a portion of the fund's profits, called Carried Interest.
